Returns & Replacements

Due to the personal nature of my pieces, Bambini Lotus does not offer returns and exchanges. Cancellations with a full refund are only available in the first 24 hours of placing an order. Refunds are not possible after this timeframe.
At Bambini Lotus I pride myself on creating quality keepsakes of a high standard. On the occasion that you are concerned regarding the quality of your keepsake, I will strive to rectify any issues immediately to minimise any inconvenience or disappointment. Each case will be determined individually, but I ask if your piece has a malfunction that you email me with a description and photos within three days of receiving your keepsake so I can investigate. If I find that the fault is my own, I will require you to send back the piece in question within 4 weeks for a full inspection and repair/replacement. If you fail to do so no refund/replacement will be given.
